About Yellow Arrow Collective

College student graduating free of stress & anxiety

Teen and Young Adult Programs

Life is much easier when you get strong skills and confidence early. We lead classes, workshops, and retreats for teens and college students, in addition to coaching and mentoring. This work typically focuses on building essential life skills - like managing stress and anxiety, dealing with inner critics, and working with difficult thoughts and emotions. We also help young people clarify their values, find purpose, and tune into their own inner guidance system so they can live life more intentionally.

Managing stress and anxiety, life purpose, and inner wisdom programs

General Adult and Women's Programs

While our mindfulness, mental skills training, and essential life skills programs (managing stress & anxiety, dealing with inner critics and negative thoughts and emotions) are open to all genders, we specialize in programs for young women. These classes, workshops, and retreats focus on exploring meaning and fulfillment in their lives, sourcing from inner wisdom, reconnecting with heart and nature, and using intention to empower life. We also offer limited individual and group mentoring, either standalone or following other programs.

Yellow Arrow Collective story and vision

The Yellow Arrow Collective

The Yellow Arrow Collective is a safe and supportive community for transformation that adopts the core tenets of the Camino de Santiago, a 540-mile pilgrimage across Spain, walked by founder Mary Beth Leisen, Ph.D.: (1) the community support and compassion; (2) the  greeting ultreia that urges pilgrims to reach deeply and move courageously ever onwards; and (3) the ubiquitous yellow arrows that guide the way, reassuring pilgrims and celebrating their increasing confidence, empowerment, and joy on the path.
